This is a kit of Air Logic in-line Orifice Restrictors with straight ports for 1/16” ID tubing. Multiple precision orifices of each size are included in the kit. This orifice kit is ideal for bench testing product designs and validating performance of a system.
The color of the in-line precision orifice represents the size and flow coefficient. Smaller sized in-line orifices will have a larger flow restriction and smaller flow rates. Larger sized in-line orifices will have a smaller flow restriction and higher flow rates. Precision orifice restrictors from Air Logic have a flow tolerance of +/- 4%.
Straight port in-line orifices are typically connected to tubing on each end. However, they may also be captured in a design such as a manifold or housing. The design may use a press fit or O-rings to seal on the port connections.
