This is a kit of Air Logic in line Orifice Restrictors with barbed ports for 1/16” ID tubing. Multiple precision orifices of each size are included in the kit. This orifice kit is ideal for product design trials and investigating the performance of a system which supports flow restrictor orifice sizing.

The color of the in line precision orifice represents the size and flow coefficient. Smaller sized in line orifices will have an increased flow restriction and decreased flow rates. Larger sized in line orifices will have a decreased flow restriction and increased flow rates. Air Logic’s orifice restrictors have a flow tolerance of +/- 4%.

Air Logic’s in line orifice fittings are commonly used in pneumatic fixed orifice flow control applications. Additionally, these Precision barbed orifices can be used in all types of fluid control applications.
